Ali grew up in Maitland and studied through the University of Newcastle, completing her hospital training in the Hunter and New England area. She was drawn to general practice for the breadth of medicine and that it allows her to build lasting relationships with her patients.

Ali is interested in all areas of general practice, in particular family medicine, women’s health, preventive health and chronic disease care.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, bush walks, taking up more crafts than she can ever complete, and reading.
